What I Eat in a Day: Second Trimester, Day in the Life

Hey guys! So I’m still on the high carb, high dairy, low veggie diet – have you heard of it? It’s called 15 weeks pregnant 🙂

I’m feeling so much better. Lots of energy, sleeping through the night but just don’t have an appetite for my old healthy ways. And that’s truly okay. I really believe some of these cravings are just my body telling me what it needs more of – fat, calcium and a lot of kindness. 

I filmed a ‘What I Eat in a Day’ video from this week to show you a typical day for me. There’s some skin realness, some DC hilariousness and lots of BTS action as a fitness instructor.
