Healthy Eating Tips – Cottage Edition

I am extremely fortunate to be able to escape the Toronto heat each weekend and join my family at our summer home on Lake Simcoe. The cottage, or “cotty” as we have officially coined it, is pretty much like a summer camp where friends and family are constantly coming and going.
