Pregnancy and bikini shopping…2 things you never want to put in the same sentence. But I’m off to Florida this coming week, and well, it had to happen.
Stepping under the changeroom lights was certainly a wake up call for me. Like, hi, you can’t expect to eat bagels and cream cheese every single day and not get your love handles and cellulite back. PS, you’re also 18 weeks pregnant.
Looking at myself in the mirror was difficult to say the least but the quote on the changeroom mirror was just the reminder I needed. It said “Your body is beautiful because of the life it let’s you live.” My body is allowing me to grow another human being. That shit better make you grateful.
