My pregnant morning routine is basically everything I used to do in the morning, plus a bagel and cream cheese lol. Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins
Ingredients:
– 3 ripe bananas
– 1/2 cup maple syrup
– 1/3 cup coconut oil
– 2 eggs
– 1/4 cup almond milk
– 1.5 cups gluten-free flour
– 1/3 cup oats
– 1 tsp baking soda
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– pinch of salt
In one bowl mix wet ingredients together and in another bowl mix dry ingredients together. Combine all ingredients and pour into lined muffin tin. Top with walnuts and pieces of dark chocolate. Bake for 20 minutes and enjoy!
