Paleo Gluten-Free Turkey Burger

Ingredients
  1. 1 pound extra lean ground turkey
  2. 1/2 cup almond meal
  3. 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  4. 1/2 cup diced white onion
  5. 1 egg
  6. 1 garlic clove minced
  7. 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl mix all ingredients until well combined. Best to do this with your hands. Form into 4 patties. Heat up cast iron skillet. Cook on cast iron skillet for 5 minutes on each side. Place skillet in oven for 20 minutes and let them bake through. Serve and enjoy.
