I tried to be a good wife this week and meal prep DC’s lunches 🙂 He used to reap the benefits of all my healthy cooking but since #babykale happened…well you know my healthy meals have been few and far between and he’s been stuck either ordering in take out with me or fending for himself.
Our oven is still out of commission so I had to limit all the cooking to anything that can be done stove-top. Luckily DC prefers super healthy (read ‘boring’) meals. He’s also perfectly happy eating the same thing every single day – as long as it’s healthy.
