Why don’t we follow our own advice?

Today I walked away from my physio appointment similarly to how I often walk out of the office...with some bright blue therapy tape stuck to my body and extreme frustration. I have more workout clothes than I like to admit. And as much as DC would disagree, I feel like I have a good reason for it!
