1/ meditate – I’ve been loving Insight Timer, been using the free app for guided meditations + it gives the option to donate to your fave instructor which I love
2/ journal – short + sweet – write down 3 things you’re grateful for each day
3/ get outside – quick walk around the block or literally stand outside for a couple breaths of fresh air
4/ less screen time – I’m trying to put my phone away more or at least pick one day to not be on social media. This past Sunday my total screen time for the day was 50 minutes!!! (It’s normally 6-8 hours because work). Best feeling ever.
5/ workout – I have over 25 at-home workouts on my feed saved under the little guide icon – encourage you to check them out if you want something quick and accessible!
None of these things take a lot of time, like I said they are all free + will hopefully make you feel a little more taken care of because we can all use that right now!!
